The OLOS super earrings are modular and combinable in many ways. If you like large earrings, they are made for you!

They are a sort of kit with three components:
  • The basic earrings, large, irregular, ovals with a hammered surface and a pin slightly longer than normal to allow you to add the other parts
  • The two long bars, also in silver, with a small hole at the top, to insert them on the pin, between the earring and the lobe
  • Two smaller ovals, with the same bright surface; these also have a small hole to add them, alone or with the bars, to the base earringe

You can combine the various pieces and use different combinations on the ears.

These earrings are handcrafted with great care in our workshop and - like all artisan jewellery - every pair has its small differences that make it unique.

 

And now, let's tell you something that you will find in all the descriptions here: our jewels are designed to last, and it is their character, somehow rough and elegant, that makes them suitable for different situations. We are convinced it is worth buying less but better, and we create our jewellery with this aim.

Crafted by the Maltese shores, with the heart in the Italian mountains 

JAD is the creation of Gioia and Ivano, based between Malta and Italy.

Gioia, a psychotherapist with a background in fine art, became a goldsmith in 2007. Ivano, a master stone setter and goldsmith, comes from a family of artists and artisans. We met in Italy, where we opened our first shared workshop in 2011.

Born in 2015 when we moved to Malta, JAD is both an artistic partnership and a small, artisanal jewelry brand nestled on the island of Gozo."
