"SCHERZO" n.1

The Scherzo tiny pendants are named after the western classical music term for a small, joyful part of a larger work. Like it, they are both a lighthearted, smily interlude among the more structured pendants of the Layers of Nostalgia collection. 

Scherzo 1 is a playful, almost-square small pendant celebrating the mountains. It is imperfectly shaped as a child's drawing, with a miniature Italian landscape made from layers of silver, oxidezed silver and copper, with a small handle and a thin, brown cord holding it. The cord is in. 15.7 (cm.40) but we can make it the length you prefer.

We made Scherzo 1 in October 2020 but it is too small to imprint the date on its back so we will add a small card to its box. 

We use recycled silver as much as we can to reduce the environmental impact of our work and for ethical reasons. Recycled silver has the same characteristics and value of mined silver but it is obtained from old jewelry or silverware. From our perspective, it adds value to the jewelry we create.

Important: you may polish the piece with a conventional silverware cloth, without rubbing the darker parts.
